The table that never gets interrupted.

Every table gets its own code. A guest scans it, orders from their phone without leaving the conversation, and it reaches your queue already marked for that table.

The Drip & Bake menu, opened from a table

The card on the table opens the menu — already knowing which table.

The best part of a visit is supposed to be the table, not the ordering.

A hand half-raised to catch someone's eye. A second round nobody flags because nobody wants to break the moment. Tap & Tend removes the interruption entirely — the order happens quietly, in the background, while the conversation keeps going exactly where it was.

It isn't there to move people through faster. It's there so nobody has to stop talking to get another coffee.

01 / At the table

Scan, order, stay in it.

A guest points their camera at the code on the table and your storefront opens, already knowing which table they're at.

No app, no account, nobody waved down. They browse your full menu, with your photos and your prices, and pay the way they'd pay online — without pausing what they were saying.

A second round is the same scan again, whenever they're ready for it.

02 / In the queue

Every order knows its table.

Table orders arrive in the same live queue as everything else, marked dine-in with the table's name called out above the status, so whoever carries it out knows exactly where it's going.

The table is written onto the order when it's placed. Rename or remove a table later and every past order still says where it was served.

03 / The visit

The visit, not the table.

A table isn't a customer — the people sitting at it are. Each scan starts a fresh visit and quietly closes whatever was open at that table before, so a table is ready for the next party without anyone clearing it in the system.

Visits left open close themselves when the shop closes for the day.

04 / The codes

Codes you print once.

Add a table by name and its code is ready: print it straight from the dashboard, or download it at print quality for a table tent, a sticker or a laminated card.

A table's code belongs to that table. Delete a table and its old code stops working, so a card left behind can never seat a guest at a table you've removed.

Every table's code, to print or download. Your team sees these; guests never do.

05 / The bill

No bill to chase, no machine at the table.

Table orders go through your normal checkout, into your own Stripe or Square account, with your tipping and tax settings already applied.

Nobody has to ask for the bill, split it out loud, or watch a card machine get carried across the room. A guest leaves whenever they're ready to, not when the bill arrives.

06 / Underneath

Built on what you already run.

There's no second menu to maintain and no separate checkout. Tap & Tend is the storefront and queue you already use, with a table attached.

Everything else keeps working at the table too: loyalty points for guests who sign in, your stock taken down when the order is handed over, and every sale in your books.

Thought through, underneath

Open to guests.
Closed to strangers.

Who needs an account, and who can see a table's code.

Guests don't need an account.

A guest can order from the table without signing up for anything. A regular who does sign in earns their loyalty points the same way they would at the counter.

Only staff can see the codes.

A table's code is what opens an order at that table, so it's never readable from outside your team. Guests only ever see the storefront the code leads to.

Every table, its own counter

More covers.
Fewer trips to the till.

Nobody writes a review about a fast checkout. They remember the visit where nothing pulled them out of it.

Start free — no card needed. Print your counter sign, put it beside the till, and see what happens.
