Pour it by the glass.
Check ID every time.

Wine & Alcohol lets a licensed shop sell wine by the glass, the carafe or the bottle, and anything else that needs an age check, from the same storefront and the same queue.

A glass of wine with dinner should be as easy to order as the pizza beside it.

And as easy to serve responsibly. Every order with alcohol in it asks the customer's age, says Check ID wherever your team looks, and keeps a record of both.

01 / The wine list

A wine list, set as one.

Each wine carries its style, grapes, region, producer and vintage, and your theme sets them as a wine list: sparkling, white, rosé, red.

Glass, carafe and bottle are pours you set once, in the measures you serve, and every wine is priced by each of them.

02 / The shelf

Counted in bottles.

Stock a wine by the bottle and every pour takes its share: a 150 ml glass is a fifth of a 750 ml bottle, and a carafe and a bottle come off the same shelf.

When a wine is running low, a pour that can't be served is refused in its own words, “Only 2 × Glass left of House Red”, before anyone is charged for it.

03 / The home page

Your wine on the home page.

Once you sell alcohol, your storefront's home page can give your wine its own section, each wine with its glass price and a link to the whole list.

04 / At checkout

The age question, asked once.

A basket with alcohol in it shows your area's legal age and asks the customer to confirm it before they can place the order.

The confirmation is kept on the order with the time it was given, and nobody can change it afterwards.

05 / At pickup

Check ID, wherever your team looks.

Every order with alcohol in it is marked Check ID: on the customer's ticket, in your queue, on a ticket scanned at the counter, and in the alert your team receives.

The customer is told to bring photo ID, on their ticket and in every update about their order.

Thought through, underneath

Confirmed by the owner.
Kept on the record.

Who turns it on, where alcohol never appears, and how it shows in your sales.

Only the owner turns it on.

Alcohol stays off your storefront until the shop's owner confirms the shop holds the licence it needs. Who confirmed it, and when, is kept. Turn it off and every alcohol item goes back to a draft.

Kept out of the places it doesn't belong.

Alcohol never appears in Quick order or Limited time, can't be reserved for tomorrow or put in a subscription, and earns no loyalty points.

Its own line in your sales.

Your Overview's sales summary shows how much of what you sold was alcohol, less what was refunded, beside everything else.

Wine with dinner

Every glass poured.
Every order marked.

The age question, the Check ID mark and the record of both come with every order that holds alcohol. All you have to do is pour.
