Most software asks you to believe it before you've used it.

We'd rather prove it at your counter, on an ordinary morning, with the customers who already come in.

If it isn't worth paying for by the end, you shouldn't pay for it.

01 / The terms

What your trial includes.

Start with an email address. There's no card to enter, and nothing is charged unless you decide to subscribe.

It's the real thing, not a demo: real orders from real customers, paid into your own account.

Drip & Bake takes no percentage of your sales, during the trial or after it.

02 / Set up

An afternoon to set up.

Tell us what kind of shop you run and the workspace is shaped around it.

Add your menu, choose a theme, and connect your own Stripe or Square account so payments settle straight to you.

Not ready for real payments yet? Switch on Simulation Checkout and your team can practise the whole flow first.

Getting Started, and the shop's own to-do list
Getting Started on a new workspace's Overview: eight steps, each one link away.

03 / The sign

Print the counter sign.

Your Overview has a counter sign ready to print: your shop's name, “Skip the line”, and a QR code that opens your storefront.

Put it beside the till. Tell the next few customers they can order ahead next time.

04 / Watch

Then see what happens.

Orders arrive in your queue with a ready time. Your team marks them ready, and customers are told on their phones.

Your Getting Started list ticks off the counter sign when your first real customer order comes in — a practice order doesn't count.

05 / Everything else

Try the rest while you're there.

Loyalty for the regulars the sign brings back. Push notifications for your next announcement. Table ordering, tomorrow's pre-orders, tickets for your next event — whatever your shop would actually use.

At the end, keep what earned its place. Pricing shows what's in the subscription and what's an add-on.

Questions

Before you
start.

Do I need a card to start?

No. You start with an email address, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.

What happens when my trial ends?

You choose. Subscribe, and everything carries on exactly where it was — your menu, your customers, your orders and your settings.

Don't, and the tools lock. Your financial records stay yours to read and download, and your data stays yours to export.

Can I keep my till?

Yes. Drip & Bake works alongside the till you already use: the counter keeps taking orders the way it does today, and online orders arrive in their own queue. Connecting tills directly is on our roadmap.

Does Drip & Bake take a cut of my sales?

No. Payments go through your own Stripe or Square account. They charge their usual processing fees, and Drip & Bake adds nothing on top.

What if my customers don't use it?

Then you'll know, and it will have cost you nothing. That's what the trial is for.
