Sell the tasting, the class, the late opening.
Check them in at the door.
Put tickets on any event you post: price tiers, a limit on seats, a buy button on your storefront, a ticket with a QR code in every buyer's inbox, and check-in at the door from any screen your team uses.

The story and the ticket are one page on the storefront.
The events a café runs are some of the best reasons to visit it.
A cupping on a Saturday morning, a latte-art class, a supper club after close. They usually run on a separate ticketing site that takes a fee from every seat and keeps the customer list for itself. Here they sit on your storefront, next to your menu, and the money and the guest list stay yours.
Your event, your customers, your door.
01 / On the post
Tickets on the post itself.
Write the event as a Community post, then add tickets to it. Customers read about it and buy in the same place, on your storefront.
Price it in tiers — early bird, standard, a table for four — each with its own number of seats.

02 / Buying
Bought in a minute, by anyone.
A buyer doesn't need an account: a name and an email address are enough. Customers who are signed in find their tickets in their account.
They pay through your own Stripe or Square account, and Drip & Bake takes no percentage of the ticket.

03 / The ticket
A real ticket in their inbox.
Every buyer gets a confirmation email from your shop with the event, their ticket and a QR code to show at the door.
It's written to arrive intact in any mail app, because a ticket that doesn't display is a queue at the door.

04 / The door
Checked in at the door.
Scan a ticket's code, or find the guest in the list, and admit them. The same check-in works from Admin, from the Service Dashboard on the counter tablet, and from the scanner.
A ticket can only be admitted once, and a refunded ticket is turned away with the reason on screen — so a screenshot shared with a friend doesn't get two people in.

05 / The list
Know who's coming.
See how many seats are taken in each tier, who bought them, and who has arrived — before the event and during it.
Every check-in is recorded, with who admitted each guest and when.

06 / The word
Tell the people who'd come.
Announce an event to the customers most likely to buy — loyalty members, a tier, regulars, or everyone who's opted in — with a push notification that opens the post.

Thought through, underneath
One checkout.
One story.
Where the money goes, and what Ticketing is built on.
In your books like any sale.
Ticket sales are paid through the same checkout as your orders, and refunds go back the same way. There's no separate platform to reconcile at the end of the month.
Built on Community.
Ticketing adds tickets to the events you post with Community & Events, so the story of the event and the way to attend it are one page.
Fill the room
Your event.
Your guest list.
Post the event, open the tickets, and let your regulars bring their friends.
Start free — no card needed. Print your counter sign, put it beside the till, and see what happens.
