Customers pay through the Stripe or Square account you connect, and the money settles directly to you. Drip & Bake takes no percentage of it.

Your provider's own processing fees still apply, exactly as they would anywhere else.

How do I find out if it works for my shop?

Put a QR code by your counter. Every workspace comes with a printable counter sign: tell customers they can order ahead, and see what happens during your trial.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. Your trial starts the moment your workspace is created. Set up your menu, run practice orders through Simulation Checkout, and decide before you pay anything.

Can I keep my point-of-sale?

Yes. Drip & Bake is the online storefront, ordering and customer layer. The till at your counter can stay exactly as it is, and online and in-person payments don't have to run through the same provider.

How does pricing work with more than one location?

Each location is its own workspace, on its own plan. Linking them with Linked Mode shares your menu, logo and theme without merging their orders, staff or records.

What does SMS cost?

SMS marketing needs a sending number of your own, and every message carries a carrier cost on top of the add-on. Push notifications cost nothing per message.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancelling runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, and you can export your workspace data from your dashboard before you go.

What happens to my records if I leave?

They're yours. Whatever your plan, your financial records stay readable and you can download the complete archive — including when you close your workspace.
